Registration Fees

• At least one author per paper must be registered for it to be included in the conference proceedings.
• Registration is required for each participant and for each paper separately.
• The registration fee covers one paper with a maximum of six pages.
• The registration fee includes access to all sessions, a symposium pack, conference materials, lunches, and coffee breaks.
• The registration fee for an accompanying person includes participation in all the events with lunches, and coffee breaks.
• Full payment must be completed before access to the conference is granted. (Conference fees can also be paid in cash only at the registration desk in Rs).
• Registration will only be considered effective once all fees have been paid.
• Hostel facilities can be provided to students upon request and are subject to availability on campus at a subsidized price.
• Accommodation is not included in any registration fee.
• Research Scholars and UG/PG Students(*): First Author category will be considered for registration FEE.
